1.  Install the setup program found on the CD that came with the MP4 watch onto your computer.

2.  Plug the watch into your computer via a USB port.

3.  Open My Computer on your desktop. Right-click the memory icon for your MP4 watch located under Devices with Removable Storage. Select Format. A box will open.

4.  Click the File system drop box and select FAT. Click the Start button at the bottom of the box. A confirmation window will open. Click OK in that window and allow the process to complete.

5. Rerun the 8 GB MP4 watch setup program from the CD to finish rebooting your watch.
